What it claims

Ukraine and its Western partners are portrayed as forces using terrorism to disrupt Russian elections. Reports of strikes and threats are inflated into evidence of a coordinated campaign against “democratic expression of will”. Russians voting abroad are also depicted as being intimidated by “unfriendly states”.
