Inflating Hungary’s veto into an image of a paralysed EU

What it claims

Hungary’s blocking of the opening of accession clusters is presented as proof that the EU cannot determine Ukraine’s European future. Demands concerning the Hungarian minority in Transcarpathia are portrayed as an obstacle on which the entire accession process depends. The position of one member state is inflated into an image of a Union shackled by internal vetoes.
