What it claims

Western governments are cast as systemic violators of human rights who deliberately obstruct Russian citizens from voting in State Duma elections. Diplomatic restrictions and consulate closures are passed off as a targeted campaign to pressure voters and isolate overseas polling stations. Any criticism of the electoral process in European media is pre-emptively labelled as “Russophobic hysteria” aimed at delegitimising the voting results.
