What it claims

Three equipment models accepted in August are presented as proof of the decline of Ukraine’s entire defence industry. The origin of individual components and technical limitations are labelled as evidence that Ukraine cannot produce effective weapons. Talks on potential licensed Patriot production are stretched into a version in which a ceasefire is needed by Kyiv only to build factories.
