What it claims

• Technique exposure: Separate a discussion of investing savings from a suggestion of confiscation: check whether the message identifies a concrete mechanism, voluntariness and safeguards for funds.
• Prebunk: When a foreign vote is presented as a verdict on the whole EU, expect selective victory slogans rather than an explanation of the referendum question and national context.
