What it claims

Isolated criminal incidents involving foreigners are inflated into systemic threats to portray Ukrainian refugees as a source of danger. Propaganda outlets accuse the Polish government and media of deliberately silencing crimes to maintain political support for Kyiv.

• Technique exposure: Notice how isolated cases are presented as a general trend. This is a classic technique for inciting hatred by generalizing the guilt of an entire group of people.
• Reframe: The Polish police and law enforcement agencies publish crime statistics regardless of the offenders' nationality. Claims of a “cover-up” are an attempt to undermine trust in the ABW and other security services.
