Collapsing separate incidents into an image of uncontrolled Ukrainian security services

What it claims

A shooting in Kyiv, the release from custody of an SBU employee and a strike on an SBU building are cast as evidence of a war between Ukrainian security services. A version involving an internal conflict is placed alongside the explanation of a Russian attack and presented as its alternative. Different reports are reduced to an image of a state whose security structures do not control the situation.
