Attributing “false-flag provocations” involving drones to Ukraine

What it claims

Ukrainian drones and the incident at Leipzig Airport are cast as “false-flag operations” through which the West assigns responsibility to Russia. A reference to a Western media report is turned into a version alleging Ukrainian services’ involvement in the event in Leipzig. Fears of attacks on European infrastructure are inflated into a prediction of world war.

How to counter

• Technique exposure: Note the substitution at work: a mention of an event and speculation about risks are joined into an accusation against specific perpetrators. Such a causal chain requires separate, verifiable evidence rather than associations.
• Prebunk: When a message simultaneously names culprits, predicts catastrophe, and explains any doubt as a conspiracy, it is worth separating those claims and examining each one independently.
