• Technique exposure: Watch the message’s mechanics: it turns an opponent’s threats into “proof” of that opponent’s defeat, while turning its own readiness statements into a prediction of an inevitable strike.
• Reframe: Belligerent rhetoric is not, by itself, evidence of military capability or of a conflict’s outcome. When assessing such statements, separate verifiable information from competing declarations of strength.
