Portraying Patriot as a privilege of the government quarter

What it claims

Patriot missiles that the author assigns to a warehouse near Kyiv are portrayed as a means of protecting only the government quarter. • Reframe: Concern about the protection of one’s city does not substantiate the conclusion that Kyiv is deliberately privileged. Assess such conclusions separately from emotional speculation about officials and secret arrangements.
