Inflating a letter of intent into a “handover of mines to Ukraine”

What it claims

A Ukrainian company’s plan to begin extraction in Silesia is cast as handing Polish mines “over to Ukraine”. Reports of a letter of intent with one mine are inflated into an image of an economic takeover of strategic assets.
