Inflating rail disruptions into “logistical collapse”

What it claims

Train delays, damaged locomotives and a bus transfer to Sumy are cast as signs of the inevitable collapse of all Ukrainian logistics. A strike on a locomotive near Yahodyn and disruptions on routes are inflated into the assertion that the railway can no longer sustain transport across the country.
