Inflating an atmosphere of “criminal chaos” through reports of car bombings

What it claims

Isolated incidents in Odesa are passed off as signs of a systemic collapse of law and order and uncontrolled violence in Ukrainian cities. Manipulators use detailed descriptions of car bombings to create the impression that Ukraine has turned into a danger zone where government agencies are unable to guarantee civilian safety.
