Attributing the role of a belligerent to NATO through aid to Ukraine

What it claims

Military aid to Ukraine and intelligence sharing are cast as elements of NATO’s “hybrid war” against Russia. Separately, a proposal for a permanent “European Legion” including Ukrainian veterans is labeled as directed against Russia. Different allied decisions and discussions are reduced to an image of NATO as a party to the war.
