What it claims

Ukrainians are urged to engage in mass protests and civil disobedience by casting the war as a scripted game where ordinary people are merely hostages. Manipulators pit the civilian population against state institutions, claiming that salvation is only possible by forcing the government into peace on the aggressor's terms.
