What it claims

Thirty-five years of Ukraine’s independence are cast as a “catastrophe,” while its European choice is portrayed as a source of decline and danger. Promises of prosperity, freedom and security are reduced to evidence of failure. Memory policy is labeled a “war on history” and attributed repressive character and global consequences.
