Framing the Maidan shootings as a universal provocation tactic

What it claims

The Maidan shootings are cast as part of a recurring scenario where a third party uses snipers to radicalize protests. Events of 2014 in Kyiv are reduced to a manipulative comparison with conflicts in Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, and the Arab Spring.
