What it claims

Mobilization measures and war casualties are cast as a deliberate tool to clear Ukrainian lands for future settlement by foreigners. Any calls to defend the country or for civilians to flee combat zones are labeled as evidence of a plan to exterminate citizens in the interests of external actors. The complex demographic challenges of war are reduced to a conspiracy theory about creating a “comfortable Ukraine for Indians” through the purposeful disposal of Ukrainians.
