The strategy has shifted toward a more aggressive radicalisation of existing social anxieties, particularly by framing internal policy debates as evidence of a fundamental breakdown in state governance.
The overarching goal remains the strategic decoupling of Warsaw from its regional security commitments. By portraying Polish foreign policy as irrational hysteria and predicting the imminent collapse of the Western coalition, Moscow seeks to demoralise the Polish public and present its own geopolitical demands as the only pragmatic alternative to a perceived looming catastrophe.
